TCAT-Memphis will host the Chancellor's Award Luncheon on Monday, September 22nd, at 11:00 a.m. This event will take place in the cafeteria at the main campus, and we are expecting approximately 60 guests.
Jeremy, we plan to use the student parking lot for our guests, which will allow us to avoid keeping the parking arm up. We will need our officers on campus to monitor the parking lot. Additionally, we would appreciate your team being available to guide our guests to their destination.
The cafeteria will need to be set up on Friday. We will require the following items:
- TCAT podium
- Flags
- Head table to seat 6 guests
- 4 large, long tables for food
- 15 round tables for guests (4 chairs at each table)
We will drape the tables and chairs in black covers.
