Replace or adjust belts on Hangar exhaust fans.

Reset low temp alarms on UV6 and UV 5 at Aviation. Both units are locked out. Manual reset button on blue controller box. Once reset, remove overrides and test unit for proper operation.

The restroom exhaust fan at Aviation needs more work. Adjust and align pulleys correctly so belt can seat properly.

Please sweep and mop all areas per Mrs. Denton. These areas will be unlocked.

Vents needs to be cleaned.

Broken Salon Equipment by Theory room door need to be taken to trash.

There are a lot of cob webs some in hard to reach places that I am trying to clean up before C.O.E.

Exit signs needs to be replaced at aviation . Old fixtures backup batteries have gone bad causing lights not to work.

2 of the 4 exhaust fans are back in operation. It seems they were attached to the fire alarm system to deactivate them in the event of an alarm. They defeated that feature to put them back in operation. The 2 fans previously inoperable remain inoperable.

Exhaust fans in both shops are inoperable.

Need lock changed to simulator room and 3 keys. Limited faculty and staff will have keys to this area.

The masonry contractor has left materials and equipment blocking emergency exits. The dust levels in the classroom, shop, and stairwells is excessive and I am sure the HVAC filters are clogged because of it. I tied up the dangling metal with caution tape yesterday before leaving. Who will be handling the cleanup behind the contractor? Will the hallway exit path be reopened for student use? We only have a single point of entry / exit for the classroom at this point.

The roll up door without the new opener is squealing very badly when opening. I'm guessing the heavy masonry dust is creating a problem. Please clean and lube it as they continue to use it.
