Requesting replacement of the traps in the dental lab. The new traps are already available on site, and there is currently a strong odor present in the area.

RTU-13 on top of the HVAC lab is not working. The breaker is turned off because it only blow cold air,
the thermostat don't control the unit.

Can you please adjust the settings for the CIT classroom and lab? It is very hot in both areas.

Men's bathroom by barbering is stop up bad
and the women's bathroom by cosmetology is stop up also.

Please provide access for the new Security Guard Officer Hurt. She covers the industry building and, of course, sometimes when needed at the Admin building. So, please generate an access pass for the gate and the back door of the industry building where the entry sensor is located. Right now, she is waiting for people to open the door.

The AC is sporadically coming on in the EVP classroom as reported by several students. The AC has been blowing for 30 minutes and thermostat is showing 67.

Can we get a vacuum? Our only vacuum is broken.

I am requesting a door and supply room key for Ms. Hustcren Redding. She is the cosmetology instructor. Her class is scheduled for 3:30p tp 9:30p - Mon - Fri, (Mon/Fri Virtual) In the classroom Tue, Wed, Thu.

The keys are for both classrooms (Theory & Salon). She also needs a key for the back Supply room door. This is the 3rd door along the right side of the wall in the back. If you need additional info, let me know.

I have 2 lockers (379 and 389) that need a lock to be cut off. Students are no longer attending school.

AC is on when heater should be on.

Practical Classroom very hot. Paper towels needed. Cabinets/ carts need to be assembled. Old furniture need to be moved out. Back salon floor stations need to be moved. Washing powder needed.

Someone had set all the shop heaters above 100 degrees during the break. I readjusted them back to normal levels this morning. I suggest we add some tamper resistance to the controls. The upstairs AC and downstairs heat have been at war back here. It was sauna level this morning.

Please assist with unboxing, placement, and initial setup of a new dental milling machine in the center instructional area of the classroom.
The machine has been delivered and requires:
Safe unboxing and removal of all packing materials
Proper placement in the designated central classroom location
Positioning to allow student visibility and instructional access
Verification that the machine is stable and ready for vendor setup
Online/virtual vendor training is required, however the unit must be fully unboxed and physically set up prior to the training session in order for the training to proceed.
No electrical modifications are required beyond standard outlet access. This setup is time-sensitive to support scheduled instructional activities.

We will utilize the Business and Industry Room for our Employee Service Award/Christmas Luncheon on December 18th.

For the setup, we need the tables arranged in pairs facing each other, allowing for four people to sit at each table with an aisle in the middle. Additionally, we will require four long food tables and one long awards table at the front.

In the lobby area, we need eight long tables set up for the cup game. A 360 booth will also be staged in the lobby area. We will be using the same setup as last year.

A new hanger is needed for the light raceway conduit near the entryway between the classroom and the shop.

Dr. Moses says the outlets are out in her classroom. The end class to the left when coming off the elevator.

We will have breakfast in the B & I Room in the morning, and Chic-fil-A is scheduled to deliver at 7:45 a.m. Someone will need to be available to let them in the gate.

Pick up tables and chairs at AT Home, 7697 Winchester, 38125, on Friday, December 5th. Deliver chairs to the Aviation Campus. Chairs will need to be assembled. The order will be ready at 10:00 a.m.

Assemble storage cabinets for Cosmetology x3 small x4 large.

There is a strong gas smell/leak around RTU 9 and the other two RTUs (Courtyard area near the stirs and old Welding classroom).

The heat in my office isn't working its blowing cold air. Also, the heat in the shop floor isn't working neither.
My classroom has heat.

Our new FA Coordinator will start on December 1st. The plan is to split Melynn's old office and she and Rokhaya will share that space. Beck will move to Rokhaya's office. The FA Coordinator will take Beck's office. I need the FA office split. Can you put a wall to divide that office?

Classroom is Cold can the turn off or heat on? Just want it to be comfortable.

The entire back section of my classroom lost power after the lights were turned off, and none of the outlets in that area are working. I need this resolved as soon as possible so the computers and CAD equipment can operate for my new class.

Unable to obtain heat from the RTU above S-222. I've increased the temperature of the thermostat three times to mid 70s.
