I am writing to follow up on our previous discussion regarding the maintenance of the range. Have you had the opportunity to contact the stripping company yet? We would like to schedule them to come out and provide a formal quote for both the blacktopping and the stripping of the range area.

Please let me know if you have received any updates or if you have been able to coordinate a time for them to visit the site.

Vomit on floor in ladies restroom 4th floor . Student ill.

Hello. Students expressed concerns over orange-colored bugs in the classroom. Jennifer Irving was bitten by a bug on her ear to where her ear was completely red and itching. It looked like it was swelling. The student had to leave to go get an antihistamine from the CVS or Walgreens. I saw an orange bug in her hair that was knocked out by another student. Thank you.

A student reported the smell of natural gas outside of the Mechatronics classroom in the courtyard. The instructor confirmed it as well. Can someone come check into it to confirm there aren't any leaks?

Compressor maintenance at Main Campus. Change oil, oil filter, and air intake filter. Blow off aftercooler coil and dryer condenser coils. Need to order 8 qts. Speedaire SYNTHETIC oil (order as kit for compressor model x 2) and 6 qts. INGERSOLL RAND Compressor Oil. Identify and order oil and air filter for Ingersoll Rand compressor at Industry Building.

Add time clocks to all air compressors at the Main Campus. Re-purpose the existing timeclock for the now defunct 25 hp compressor. Set timer between two compressors in Courtyard. Control both compressors with one program.

Add time clocks to 2 air compressors at Bartlett.

Add window tint to Marva's office at Bartlett.

Replace light switches in tower corridors with regular switches.

We need paper towels in the women restroom-3rd floor.

Move the file cabinet from Courtney old office to her new office.

Please adjust heat.

Hey Jeremy I was informed that the outside lights infront the building aren't working after the bush fire. After checking the wires inside the light pole where the fire took place are melted causing a short. We may need an electrician to pull new wires to complete the circuit.

Lights in the Avionics nida lab are out.

Please revoke Student Services access for Diesel student Mallissya Braddox (S00417617). While she maintains authorized access to the Industry, Education, and Admin buildings, I observed her entering the Student Services area. I have advised the student that this area is restricted to staff only, and student entry is permitted only when specifically granted by a Student Services team member. Although there was no ill intent, please update her permissions to ensure compliance with this policy.

Please confirm I have access to update these permissions. I want to follow proper protocol.

Hello, Room B-408, Evacuation Plan is posted but faded in the bottom right-hand corner. Please see attached picture. Not sure if cords at the front of the class need to be routed. (They are behind the desk and podium)

The printer near the Barbering Department needs to have the toner replaced as soon as possible because the COE person will be working out of the office right next to that printer which they need access too.

Check the bookshelves in the office and classrooms just to make sure they are anchored as stated on the Safety Sheets. They are all stable but the wording for the anchoring was confusing so I wanted to make you aware.

Please remove broken (equipment) casting machine.

May you pull stations from the back wall in the practical class so we may clean due to seeing bugs. Also is anything you can spray for the bugs? Roaches etc.

Have computers in my class that need to be removed. One of them is sitting on the vent in my class.

The large clinical lab at the east end of the building on the 4th floor has a lot of black marks on the floor. Can we mop the floors to get those marks up please. Thank you.

Please adjust temperature in the practical Cosmetology Room, it is become extremely warm as the students are working on practical's. Could you please order or bring two industrial fans to leave on this side as it becomes warm daily. Thanks in advance!

This is Sandra, requesting access for (2) evening COS instructors Ebonee McCollins, & Hustcren Redding into the entry gate. They originally had the white key cards for entry through the gate and the door/s. Now, the key card only works on the doors, but the phone app is not working on the new gate access system. I did inadvertently create a Verkada pass, not taking into consideration that since they are staff, that is something you already have in place... and you do have an account already set up for them. Now, it's showing 2 accounts. So, please fix my blunder. They can get in the doors, but not the gate. Thanks, Sandra

Sink in ladies bathroom is leaking. Paper towel holder stopped working. Student's want to know if you can put something in the middle stall because there is a wide space in the door and people can see through it easily when someone is in the stall. Also so can someone fix the paper towel holder in the office.
