While she maintains authorized access to the Industry, Education, and Admin buildings, I observed her entering the Student Services area. I have advised the student that this area is restricted to staff only, and student entry is permitted only when specifically granted by a Student Services team member. Although there was no ill intent, please update her permissions to ensure compliance with this policy.
Please confirm I have access to update these permissions. I want to follow proper protocol.
